CRS Service Incorporated is a manufacturer and distributor of hydraulic control replacement components. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all components manufactured, products repaired and services provided by CRS Service Incorporated for sale and/or distribution to its customers.

Components supplied from original manufacturers will be covered only to the extent allowed by the original warranty provided by the manufacturer.  CRS Service Incorporated does not extend additional warranties to these components but will handle the return process in the event a component needs to be returned to the original manufacturer  for warranty consideration.

Products manufactured by CRS Service Incorporated are designed to meet and/or exceed the design parameters of the original equipment manufacturers. All products manufactured or rebuilt by CRS Service Incorporated are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 months after date of service or 24 months from date of shipment, whichever comes first.

Seller’s sole obligation under its warranty shall be, at its option, to repair or replace any article or part thereof which is proven to be other than as warranted.

If an article is claimed to be defective in material or workmanship or not to conform to specifications, Buyer should notify Seller within 60 days. Seller, upon notice promptly given, will either examine the article at its site, or issue shipping instructions for return to Seller. The warranties shall not extend to any articles or parts which have been installed, used or serviced, other than in conformity with Seller’s applicable specification, manuals, bulletins or instructions, or which have been subjected to improper installation, misuse or neglect.

Seller shall in no event be liable for special or consequential damages.

Buyer shall have no right to recover for ‘incidental damages’ as described in Uniform Commercial Code Section 2-715 (1) or for labor charges, adjustments or repairs or any other work.

All warranties shall expire 14 months from the date the article is placed in service or 24 months from the date the article is delivered by the Seller, whichever period first expires; notice of claimed breach of warranty must be given within the applicable period.

This warranty shall supersede any other warranty, whether written, oral or implied.

CRS Service Incorporated assumes no responsibility for freight charges incurred to transport products claimed against the terms of this warranty. When authorized for return all shipments should be made with freight prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted; they will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. All shipments made to CRS Service Incorporated require prior authorization. Please mark all packing materials and cartons with return authorization numbers as provided by CRS Service Incorporated, sales department associates.

All manufactures’ names, numbers and descriptions are used for reference purposes only. It is not the intention of CRS Service Incorporated to imply any item sold referencing a manufacturer’s part number or identification is the product of that manufacturer unless specifically and clearly noted as such on the face of the shipping and invoicing documents.

While the majority of CRS Service Incorporated manufactured components are made from products produced in the United States of America we also buy and resell components from many other countries. Products made outside the United States of America are made to CRS Service Incorporated highest standards and specifications. Products sourced from outside the United States of America come from: Canada, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Taiwan and Mainland China.
