Hydraulics and fluid power training is essential to your bottom line.  It helps get your equipment back in production quickly and safely.

COURSES OFFERED INCLUDE:

BASIC INDUSTRIAL HYDRAULICS - A five-day course dealing with the fundamental principles of fluid power, and their application.  Students learn the basics of design, component function and maintenance.

ADVANCED HYDRAULICS - A five-day course packed with information for the advanced student.  Provides disassembly and analysis of component parts and failures, print reading and symptomatic and systematic troubleshooting sensibilities.  Fluid and contamination analysis and typical component failure modes are discussed.  In-depth circuit analysis, dynamic problem solving, sizing exercises and practical applications are explored.

ELECTROHYDRAULICS - A five day course packed with instruction on the elements of the marriage of electric control with the power of hydraulics.  Basic electricity, operational amplifiers, feed back devices and control concepts are illustrated and discussed, along with open and closed loop systems that use modern proportional and servo-valves.  Hands-on operation and trouble shooting are included.

CARTRIDGE VALVES - Five solid days of theory, operation and application of slip-in and screw-in cartridge valves.  Basic design concepts and full machine circuits are used to acquaint students with the advantages and diagnostic capabilities of cartridge systems.

FPS CERTIFICATION PREPARATION - A three-day review course, typically followed by written and job performance testing, available for both hydraulic and pneumatic certification from the mechanic to specialist levels.  For a modest fee, placement testing is available.  Placement test fees are applicable to review courses if taken within six months of the test.

Courses are also available in mobile hydraulics, compenent repair, contamination control, pneumatic certification, and your specific machinery.
